We realized that since most Student Financial Aid Programs including Scholarships and Grants do not include the funds to purchase or rent textbooks and supporting materials, students are struggling to afford the educational materials needed for their courses, especially financially distressed and needy students, there is an urgent need to provide  textbooks for the students, without requiring them to borrow more money or even worse, do without.

So we scour the country searching out every used, unwanted, overlooked, extra, overstock, surplus,discarded textbook that we can find and then find the students that need them.
